There are lanes for travelers who do not have a valid Department of Defense or U.S. government identification or a Rapid Gate ID and there are main access lanes for soldiers, military retirees or Department of Defense employees and Rapid Gate ID holders. There are four access control points designated for people who do not possess a valid Department of Defense ID, U.S. Government ID or a Rapid Gate ID:
Bragg Boulevard at Knox Street
All American Freeway
Bragg Boulevard at Randolph Street
Longstreet Road.
All adult occupants (16 and older) in vehicles that enter without the above identification must present a valid photo ID and a current vehicle registration for the vehicle. The driver of the vehicle must possess a driver's license.
Access to Pope Air Force Base is available to all Department of Defense identification cardholders at the gate adjoining Fort Bragg on Reilly Road and the gate connected to Spring Lake on Manchester Road.
