JOB FAIRS

Fall Into Work: Oct. 12, Crown Expo Center. More than 100 businesses and thousands of job-seekers attend this annual event put on by Cumberland County and Fayetteville governments, Fayetteville Technical Community College and other sponsors. Details: 677-2177 or 677-2222.

Cumberland County Public Library & Information Center fair: March 2012. The annual fair helps prepare job-seekers for the demands of the market. Includes workshops. cumberland.lib.nc.us.

Fort Bragg job fairs: Army Career and Alumni Program (ACAP) and Army Community Service (ACS) have held several fairs a year at Fort Bragg Club, typically open to anyone who can get on post but targeted to soldiers, spouses and veterans. ACAP and ACS are working together on a fair Sept. 28. Expect recruiters in government, intelligence, federal contractors and the private sector.
